News from the Board
Welcome to spring! It has been nearly three months since Stillwater Greens hired professional management (Windermere Property Management) and the transition has been smooth. The Directors meet with Chantelle Mitchell, our property manager, for board meetings the first Tuesday of each month. All homeowners are welcome to attend. If you’d like to be a part of our next | meeting, please contact Chantelle so she can include you on the agenda. In regards to the HOA dues, we greatly appreciate those homeowners who have already paid the annual assessment in full or in part. As a reminder, if you’ve chosen the two payment option, please remember that the second payment is due in full by April 30th. |
